Energy is not your main stat in Crime City
Traditionally when you play an app such as Crime City, the most common way to spend skill points is to just dump them all into energy to complete more quests and progress in the game. However, if PvP is your goal, you should be spreading your skill points out differently. Crime City PvP revolves around three major areas; equipment, mafia size and boosts! However, to succeed in Crime City PvP and still manage the game to be enjoyable for a prolonged period of time, you will need to focus on skill spread as well.

There are 5 stats that you can assign points to each time you level up. Attack will increase the amount of damage you do. Adding points into defense is what is going to determine how much damage is done to you. Energy and stamina are really the same thing, just used for different purposes. Energy is used to complete quests while stamina is used to preform your Crime City PvP actions. When you first start you do want to start pouring your points into energy so you can get your level up there pretty quick. Crime City PvP is very difficult at low levels because of the lack of stamina to start fights. So, spend all points you earn for the first 10 or so levels into energy.
Invest in other Crime City stats as well
After level 10 you will need to spread your points out between stamina, health and energy. Placing points into attack and defense only when you get points for completing quests. A good way to know when to put what skills where is to just gauge when you do Crime City PvP events. Start dumping points into stamina and frequenting the arena. When you find yourself unable to heal because of the time limit on healing, you know you need to start getting more points into health.
So stick with energy till about level 10, all the while putting points into either attack or defense when you are awarded points for completing quests. Then start pumping your stamina skill until you find yourself healing too often. Then go a few levels and get your health around 200-300. After that continue alternating points into stamina and health. Energy should cap around 400 and eventually you will getting more benefits from pvp than questing.
